As part of the use of the Service, JuriChrono may collect the following personal data:

  • first name and last name (where applicable)

  • information related to the use of the application
  • data voluntarily entered by the user when using the features provided (documents, deadlines, legal information, etc.)

c) Technical data

  • IP address (which may be truncated)
  • connection and navigation data
  • device type, operating system, application version

d) Payment data

Payments are made exclusively via Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) in-app payment systems.

👉 JuriChrono never has access to users’ bank details (credit card number or banking information), which are processed directly by Apple or Google as independent data controllers.


3. Purposes of Processing

Personal data are collected for the following purposes:

  • creating and managing user accounts
  • providing and ensuring the proper functioning of the Service
  • granting access to paid features
  • improving the performance and quality of the Service
  • ensuring the security of the Service and preventing fraudulent use

  • the performance of a contract between the user and JuriChrono (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
  • the legitimate interest of JuriChrono (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), in particular to ensure security and improve the Service

  • compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)

5. Audience Measurement – Google Analytics 4

JuriChrono uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure audience and analyze the use of the website and the application.

GA4 may collect data such as:

  • navigation data
  • interactions with the Service
  • technical information (device, system, language)

These data are used for statistical purposes only.

The use of this tool is subject to the prior consent of the user, collected via the cookie consent banner.


6. Data Recipients

Personal data are intended for:

  • authorized internal teams of JuriChrono
  • technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Service, including:
    • hosting providers
    • Google (audience measurement – GA4)
    • Apple and Google (in-app payments)
